Security deposit will be refunded electronically the day after your rental.  Please pay your balance due in cash at the time of pick up.  Please Send me your pick up address a day or two before your pick up date. 

Gratuity is not included. 
while gratuity is not mandatory  it is always appreciated. Most people tip around 20%
